Welcome to the online home of designer and illustrator Chris Willdig. Chris is a full time designer and occasional freelancer specializing in graphic design, web/UI/UX design and illustration.

Welcome! My name is Chris Willdig and I am passionate about great design!

This passion drives me to think outside the box and create new, fresh ideas that aim to capture the essence of a brand and deliver thoughtful and engaging consumer experiences. I believe that a healthy, collaborative relationship between client and designer is vital to successful communication and ensuring the success of each unique project. My ‘Think Big’ approach to concept and design, along with my acute attention to detail and craftsmanship is what keeps my clients coming back for more!

My professional experience ranges from:

• Strategy, brand identity/development, design and packaging
• Advertising, promotion, print and display production
• Typesetting, layout and art production
• Illustration (traditional and digital), character/concept art, and storyboarding
• Web design and development, UI/UX design and motion graphics
• HTML, CSS and Action Script 2.0 coding

I currently work full time as Senior Designer and Project Manager under the Creative Director at PVW* Strategic Design in Whitby, Ontario.
